All orders within Australia are sent via courier or Australia Post. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and dispatched after placing your order.
Shipping costs will change depend on the weight of the order.

Returns
If your inquiry is regarding a return or exchange, the date your email is sent must fall within the timeframes outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Return Policy
We do not offer money refunds. Returns will be issued as store credit only, unless the item is proven faulty.
- Eligibility: Returns for store credit are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be in their original packaging and in original condition.
- Process: To initiate a return for store credit, email us at info@constanceandbelle.com with “RETURN” in the subject line within 7 days of delivery. Please note, your return is initiated once your email is sent.
- Costs: Return postage is at the expense of the buyer.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM
- Should you receive damaged or faulty goods, an incorrect order, or feel an item is not as advertised, please contact us at info@constanceandbelle.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number along with clear photos or videos so we can assist you quickly.
- Constance and Belle reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the item. If an item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item, exchange, or store credit. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further details.
