If your enquiry relates to a return or exchange, the date your email is sent must fall within the timeframes outlined below. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit. This policy applies to all orders once placed and is compliant with both State and Commonwealth Australian law.
- Eligibility: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all packaging intact.
- Process: To initiate an exchange, please email info@constanceandbelle.com.au with “EXCHANGE” in the subject line within 7 days of delivery. An exchange is considered initiated once your email is sent.
- Costs: Exchanges are offered within Australia. Return postage may be required unless the item is deemed faulty.
Return Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Returns are issued as store credit only, unless an item is proven to be faulty.
- Eligibility: Returns for store credit must be requested within 7 days of delivery and items must be unused and in original condition.
- Process: Please email info@constanceandbelle.com.au with “RETURN” in the subject line within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Costs: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where items are deemed faulty.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased during promotional events, clearance sales, or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Beauty & Wellness Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and wellness products are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless the item is proven faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@constanceandbelle.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos so we can assist you promptly.
If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit at no additional cost. Constance & Belle reserves the right to determine whether a fault is genuine.
