All orders within Australia are sent via courier or Australia Post. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and dispatched after placing your order.

Return Policy

We do not offer money refunds. Returns will be issued as store credit only, unless the item is proven faulty.

• Eligibility: Returns for store credit are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be in their original packaging and in original condition.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

• Final Sale: Items purchased during online sale events are considered FINAL SALE. As a condition of sale, these items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

BEAUTY & WELLNESS PRODUCTS

• For hygiene reasons, beauty and wellness products are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless the item is proven faulty.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM

Please provide your order number along with clear photos or videos so we can assist you quickly.
• Constance and Belle reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the item. If an item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item, exchange, or store credit.
